The mighty Patrick Clair of Elastic reached out to me in an effort to help create a visually compelling and powerful prologue sequence that would bridge the gap between the films Rise of the Planet of the Apes and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. After many conversations about which way to go, I set out to merge our ideas into a step-by-step visual exploration which uses point cloud data as a story telling device. The images above are my attempts at solving this concept.
